I have been in customer service my entire life, and I enjoy working with people. Solving problems and finding solutions have always been my strongest gifts. Six years ago, I entered into this career path to help people provide their families with peace of mind. Both of my parents had their funeral arrangements prepared when my father passed away in 2019.
