Greg's Story
I've been a licensed funeral director and embalmer for 30 years. Before my career change in 1990, I had a fine dining career and was an executive chef in fine dining restaurants, hotels, and convention centers in Australia and the United States. I obtained my General Aviation pilot license in 1978 and was the staff pilot for a large church in Brisbane, Australia. I'm an ex-pat Australian and love living in Charleston with its history, Southern cuisine, charm, and fabulous beaches.
